Opening Day is Tomorrow!

Pilot baseball vs. BYU Fri 2/22 (2 pm), and doubleheader Sat. 2/23 (11 am). Then, George Fox on Sunday at 1 pm. It's good to be watching baseball again, especially if the weather stays like this .

And the Portland Beavers start April 3. I've been looking forward to that since I saw their schedule last fall...

I think people know that I'm not a huge fan of the new logo. That being said, someone out there has to agree with me that it looks awful on the new baseball caps.

The Bevos new logo, on the other hand, is a-okay as far as I'm concerned.

I am really warming up to the new logo, but I agree that the purple hats with the white logo dont look so good--something isnt right. (Is the logo too big?)

I have a white hat with a purple new logo on it, and I think it looks sharp--but it is a little different than the purple hats.

Lost Fri. in 11 . We left a lot of guys on in the late innings. The pinstripes we wore Saturday looked pretty good even if the caps didn't. We were up 11-1 in game 1 when I left for the basketball game, then in the second game we gave up 3 in the top of the 9th, then scored 3 on a bases-loaded double in the bottom of the 9th to tie it. I had to leave, but I saw that we won in 10

And yes, the Beavers have done a great job with the new logo. I've gotta save up for some new gear.
