2009 Recruit Colohan Makes U-17 National Training Camp Roste

Cloee Colohan, a defensive 2009 Pilot Recruit, has made the U-17 Women's National Team Training Camp Roster that is currently training from January 2-7 in Sunrise, Fla.. If she makes the final cut, she will be part of the
U-17 Women's National Team Qualifying for a first-ever World Cup for this age group next fall in New Zealand.

I have read several snippets over the last couple months mentioning Cloee, all very positive! Looks like we've got ourselves a really good one here.

this is exciting news FANatic, but i am curious. on a previeous thread for 2009 recruits, lindsi lisonbee was a higher rated defender an recruit out of utah. does anyone where she is an why she wasnt included or invited to the tryouts an if she was, what happened??

The age cutoff for the 2008 U-17 WWC is for players born on or after January 1, 1991.

Lindsi is listed on the 2007 roster as having a birth date of 09/18/1990, which puts her in a sort of no-man's land where she will compete for roster spots on the U-20 squad. too old for one team, a little young for the next level.
