LMU @ Pilots, Sat., 11/10, 7pm - SENIOR NIGHT!!!

Last match of the regular season tonight, Saturday, 11/10, 7pm. Seniors to be honored before the match, and the WCC Championship trophy to be presented to the Pilots after the match. It is a crucial match to win as far as NCAA seeding and possible home play-off matches are concerned. High seeding and possible home play-off games can be HUGE advantages. Although I truly believe that we can beat anyone on any field, if you can get home matches, they are very much a great advantage to have. (Especially with our tremendous fans and sold out crowds.)

I don't prefer getting wet and cold, but I am putting on my rain gear tonight and am relaxing my vocal chords for much screaming tonight. Let's pack the place. We are the 12th man/woman out there and you just have to know the team feels our presence. The team is certainly peaking at the perfect time and things seem to be falling into place not the least bit too soon. Let's give this great senior class an incredible send off, as well as celebrate our WCC championship and automatic play-off berth.

I'll be there! Maybe we will luck out not need that rain gear - it's a beautiful morning. Of course if it says clear we may need our longhandles.

Current forecast for kickoff is 43 degF with a 60% chance of rain, 72% cloud cover. Here's hoping for good weather!

I'm looking out my window (which is about a block and an half away from merlo) and its looking like a pretty nice day. Party cloudy but a little brisk.

The weather report had good news too. It says that it'll be partly cloudy, 48 degrees and only a ten percent chance of rain at game time.

But I'm still wearing my jacket.

Saturday, 3:45 pm, and (as Willie would say): "Nothing but blue skies...do I see." O.K. - I don't remember lyrics too well, but I think I got close!

Wow, is it possible? I thought I was going to drown tonight. It would be great, with all the honors and ceremonies, if our ladies don't have to stand in a downpour this special evening. And it is special, for Pilots and their fans.
