I am totally confused. The pictures behind the glass that I have seen are in the Chiles Center but not in the HOF room. The snack center (current) is underneath the press box for Merlo Field. Last time I got a hot dog there. No Pilot Club sammiches for me I didn't notice any pictures or glass cases.

The glass cases in the Chiles Center used to hold the HOF plaques. Now, the plaques are on the walls of the HOF Room, and various trophies and awards (like the national championship trophies) are in the cases in the Chiles Center lobby.
