NBA socks

So I was just reading a back issue of ESPN The Magazine...yeah, things get that backed up here that I can't keep up with a bi-weekly (or is it semi-weekly) magazine. Anyhoo, I was reading the article about Trevor Ariza and apparently he works out with Tony Bland in the offseason. Which begs the question, does he wear NBA socks??

Obviously! And when he's done with the workout he goes NBA sock chic:

Those will be perfect with my purple and white Shox (oh yes, I'm serious. I found them at Nordstrom Rack this summer.)

Seriously, I read that same article and started laughing out loud when I read the name Tony Bland. Gotta give it up for a guy who not only cracks up at the free throw line during out "NBA Socks" chant, but who also starts dancing a jig when we start doing the "left-right-left-right-sit down!" routine. Amazing.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!

"NBA socks!" is the second best chant ever. Behind the classic, "We play harder!"

I am kind of a sucker for the retro uni night, but admittedly they are kinda played out as of late... That said, how about retro NBA socks?
