Walter and Marcus?
How are they doing? Does one of you site guru's have any imformation on how their doing at their new team. I wish nothing but three pointers and slam dunks to these classy young men at their new teams. Please don't post if your going to try to turn this into some kind of let's relive the past and post b@@lshit. Hopefully these guys will have a sucessful senior year on their new teams.
Maybe this is a stupid question. But, isn't this their Transfer year? Or does Marcus get to play right away this year?

Re: Walter and Marcus?
Good question... looks like Marcus's new team (Wisconsin-Stevens Point) is 0-2 so far this year. He is eligible to play right away since it's a DII school and not D1. Marcus appears to be struggling a bit... 1.5 points and 2.5 rebounds in 13+ minutes:

Sad news for Walter though... according to the student newspaper at Cal-Poly Pomona, he broke his thumb:

No time-table was given though. Hopefully he will get a chance to play - I think he definitely could be a big-time scorer at the DII level where he can just worry about scoring and as much about defense, playing within an offense, etc.

Re: Walter and Marcus?
I think you mean Wisconsin-Parkside in the post above, Stoney. Stevens Point is D-III.

Re: Walter and Marcus?
Wisconsin-Stevens Point, the alma-mater of Terry Porter.
Looks like Marcus' team is playing a tourney at Western Oregon this weekend. I doubt that anyone will go check him out, considering there is a slightly more important game at Merlo tomorrow.

Yes yes... Parkside. My bad. I just had Terry Porter on the mind.

Re: Walter and Marcus?
Were you thinking of him getting #30 retired next month? Then two days later they're retiring it for Bobby Gross.
