I'm looking for the Cougars to be excellent this year. Among other things, they are getting Florida's goalkeeper by transfer. Becky Berlingo started 14 games in each of her frosh and soph years and now will be at WSU, apparently not sitting out a year. Her career goals against average is 0.48. They will be a team not to take lightly.

Wow! Florida to WSU is a long move; she must want to play.

Right - Assuming we beat them - The stronger they are, the better out RPI will be, and (I think) the better our chance of hosting the first rounds of the NCAA's.

Yes; assuming we beat them. I confess that I made that assumption, because if we can't beat UW and WSU then we better resign ourselves to a much lower sense of expectation than we are right now.
