The outfit is not the old raincoat and rubber boats.  Looks a little hot for 101 degrees at the golf course.  Interesting shoes.

Hmm, I thought there would be at least some reaction to Wally's new beard beyond what TC wrote....

But based upon the reaction on PN to the Wally of six years ago compared to the next to ZERO reaction to the 2015 Wally, I would say everyone has either lost interest in Wally's appearance or no one actually looks at PN anymore.....

It doesn't matter what he looks like if the person wearing the suit doesn't have any energy at games.  I guess I was so disgusted with last year's Wally that it's hard to get excited about a new look.
