Pilot Women on TV
So far, there are a couple of games that will be on TV during the season.
The Marquis game of the regular season will be the UP-Santa Clara game 11/1 at Santa Clara. The Santa Clara Schedule shows that it will be shown on FSC.
The other game will be the UP-USD game the last game of the regular season. The USD site has a piece on that game on their website, and state the game will be on ESPNU.

Hopefully, a couple more airings will develop over the course of the season, But these two could be important games. Either or both of these games might be for the conference title, so it will be a chance to showcase UP soccer across the nation.
We also should be able to get the TAMU game on the web, if not on TV.

I was so frustrated with our Soccer network ch in Portland online last year that I was ready to ask for a refund to watch the games...hopefully it will be better communications this yr other wise I might just be listening onthe AUdio broadcast

To be fair, a big part of that problem could be the level of bandwidth you are paying for. Use This site to figure out if your bandwidth is fast enough to get good video.
It could also be that if the pressbox is sharing bandwidth with reporters, etc, they won't have enough DEDICATED bandwidth for the task, or that they have forgotten that upload speed is often slower than download speed.
The Stretch internet site says you need a MINIMUM of 700 KB/sec for video, more for audio added, but realistically, they should be figuring twice that for fast motion, which I assume sports fall under.
The same for the client end. If you are trying to get a feed and stay on Pilotnation and keep up with scores elsewhere, with with less than 1500 - 2000 KB/sec, you are just going to be frustrated.
You can also check your connection speed to different parts of the country with http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ or one of the other checkers. Remember, that's for ALL your connection speed. If you are sharing with other feeds and connections, you will need that much more. Try linking to a video feed and then using the speed test at the same time . You'll see what I mean.
