More WCC Wins

So we know GU won the Maui tournament. But now USD has a big win at the AK Shootout over Oklahoma. LINK

I don't know whether to be happy or not. On one hand the more wins for the conference is a good thing. On the other, in our best year, I would kind of like the conference to be down so that we could run away with it.

The good news is, if we finish top 2 there is a very good chance at the tourney.

USD beat Houston 72 - 65 to advance to the finals of the Great Alaska Shoot-out. The WCC keeps mowing 'em down! Next up, Washington St., which is 5-0. Another chance to continue domination of the Pac-10.

San Diego 4-1 loss @ Pacific by 1; beat Stanford, Oklahoma, Houston

That is a very quality top half of the conference!

Current WCC record vs. PAC-10 is 5-2, with losses by Pepperdine to UCLA, USF to ASU, and LMU win over USC.
