UP vs Cougs in Seattle, Nov 23rd
So apparently we get 2 Pac 10 games up in Seattle this year! This could be a fun one I might need to mark on the calendar...

Dtr,
This could be murderers row, or it may give the guys some confidence.
Why don't we just schedule the "easy"game in Spokane J/k (EAHH gads) along with those two. I think we may have a shot at WSU though because Rev has seemed to have the Men ready early on (OCC schedule) to sneak up on somebody.

Re: UP vs Cougs in Seattle, Nov 23rd
Well with Coach Bone's reputation and knowledge of UP after playing against them for so many years at PSU I'm sure the Cougs will be prepared. And lord knows he won't have them worry about things like studying anything but game film (too soon?)
It is going to be a VERY challenging OOC schedule, especially with a lot of question marks and a lot of newcomers on the team. I don't know, I'd rather challenge the guys with good games like this than sit around and eat cupcakes... Even if we do take our lumps in the process.

DTR,
Can I take my prediction back? lol. I hear what your saying about Bone--I wish one of you google monsters would check on his ATHLETE/students performance overall when he was acrosstown. What is that terminology/grading system where they start taking away your scholly's because your players flunk or don't graduate. I bet his was real interesting....on second thought maybe better forget it, I don't want to offend Marty Moose he's a good rival and a friend of the board.
I would prefer they give the Huskies the good game. But, they actually look to have some Unity in their mist's finally.
Condensed Description of Romar--Excellent Recruiter, Shouldn't be allowed to bench coach a HS Team he is so . I wonder how a good ex player could be such an awful coach then I remember the Original Isiah Thomas is still foolin people these days.

Interesting... playing in another higher profile game in Seattle is a good thing (vs. playing in Pullman or Tri-Cities), and we should get decent TV coverage of this game. I like it.
But man, this is sounding like a whopper of an OOC schedule. But that is what a building program needs to do, right?!

Re: UP vs Cougs in Seattle, Nov 23rd
What's the over/under on us getting the distinct pleasure of listening to Craig Ehlo doing color commentary for his Cougs?? Hahaha if that isn't reason enough to actually go to the game, just to NOT have to listen to that, I don't know what is...

Seriously, they should do a marketing campaign around that...

"Pilots vs. Cougs in Seattle. We know you're gonna watch the game. So you might as well drive up to Seattle so you don't have to listen to Craig Ehlo."
Kinda long, but get a big billboard.
or maybe
"Pilots vs Cougs. Seattle traffic is slightly less annoying than Craig Ehlo rambling on about Matt Bouldin. Bus leaves at 3."

Did the guy not play long enough in the NBA, or was he one of these guys (like most of the inner city kids{now girleygirl don't scream racism at me} that thought his paycheck continued to infinity even after his career with the LeBronless Cavaliers. Does he still have to work. Even my cousin who played 13 years in the NFL and his largest contract was for 1.2million for 3 yrs is set for life. Hangs out in Hollywierd, and at the beach at his home but never has to work again unless he wants to (retired in 92 from NFL). My only thinking is Ehlo made some bad investments in Pac Northwest business's or real estate and lost the bulk of his playing money. Surely he has to know how awful he is, Even Zag fans who trumpet everyone Zagaliscisious make fun of him. Many of their fans can't stand how aweful he is at color comentating.....
My solution with Mr "Crappy Comentator" Craig Ehlo is mute the volume and read the close caption for info. He's a real tool. A part of the problem not the solutions.
My only sweet revenge against Ehlo was how Jordan made burnt toast out of him and the Cavs at the beginning of Air Jordans illustrious championship runs. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy and drown out Mr Craigey's story time at everygame he ruins uh I mean comentates

Mr Ehlo went to school at Wazzu... Apparently he was so enthralled with the area he had to come back and do color commentary for GU and WSU... Lucky us.

FYI....Pullman now has two microbreweries, at least one of them is worthwhile. Plus Dry Fly Distillery in Spokane is the bomb. We finally found something to do with all that grain.
