Greg Somogyi to UCSB

Found this on Norcal Preps.com . and The Conrad kid is going to sign with PSU, looks like we lost out on our 2 big guys. Look like we will have to go with Plan C.

Greg Somogyi is going to be Thunder Dome-ing it next season, having joined the Brew Brothers in eventually making it to the sun, sand and sea of Santa Barbara.

Woodside Priory's 7-foot-2 center Greg Somogyi has given a verbal commitment to UC Santa Barbara.

Somogyi, a native of Hungary in his second year at Woodside Priory, has demonstrated the ability to change a game with his defensive presence as a shot blocker. He will play for former Menlo College coach Bob Williams at Santa Barbara.

Oh dear...
