Who are my new neighbors?
I changed my seat this year to Section 13 Row 2, and I think the seat was 12.

You'll be sitting with whoever has seats 11 and 13 is my guess.dholcombe wrote:I changed my seat this year to Section 13 Row 2, and I think the seat was 12.

Section 13, higher up. I figure my paper airplane will hit you.

I'm only a few feet from the floor, yet I rarely get the plane even over our bench...

Couch for any game that is televised (generally recorded and watching the next morning).
And in the visitor section at the SLU game!

I'm two rows above PilotNut and I usually hit him in the back of the head.
We need to be more scientific about this. They use that stupid A4 card stock you can't build a plane out of instead of simple 8 1/2 x 11 paper like God intended.
I have a mind to buy a pallet of that stuff just to figure out how to build a plane with it.

Re: Who are my new neighbors?
This season, I am going to hire an Engineering major to help me out. Heck, even just wadding up the sheet into a ball and throwing it would be more effective.
I am man enough to admit that last year, my "airplane" (I hesitate to use that word as it insinuates some bit of flying capability) didnt even make it out of my row... rather 3 seats to my left.

Re: Who are my new neighbors?
I kind of wondered why they moved the band where they did... good to hear you can play right into the visiting team huddle during timeouts again
I didn't think of the airplane contest when changing seats, maybe I'll actually hit the floor this year.

We'll be back dodging Nut's and Geez's airplanes. Looked at expanding number of seats but not quite ready to move to the back of 12 or 13.

Re: Who are my new neighbors?
I think they wanted the section so they could seat people on the floor. It's not bad down there.dholcombe wrote:I kind of wondered why they moved the band where they did... good to hear you can play right into the visiting team huddle during timeouts again
The student section had comfy seats but the logistics were rough.

Re: Who are my new neighbors?
Seconded, I took in a few games in the band seats, it really is a damn fine place to take in a game. (Plus you get tons of TV face time, which is really my motivation to do anything.)

It's not official but it's looking like I'll be in Section 13, Row 12, Seat 1.
