Home schedule - 12 games?
2011-12 schedule by the numbers:
-17 road games (plus the WCC tourney in Vegas)
-12 regular season home games
-2 exhibition games
Should we be expecting a late addition to the home schedule? A New Year's Eve game?
12 regular season home games doesn't feel like a full schedule.

We're at the maximum 29+2 exhibitions allowed. We owe teams a return game and it's certain we couldn't get some opponents we wanted on the dates we had available. Putting together a schedule is hard for a mid-major.

I mean it sucks as far as paying for a season ticket package goes, but I like all the road tests for our young team. Our OOC record might be a little rough this year, but by the time we get into conference play theoretically all our younger guys should be way more prepared and have had time to grow a little bit character wise.

Well if you were season ticket holders last year you had to love the fact we were at home A LOT. I do think its a bit of strategy by the staff to build a solid home schedule for your seniors.
This year will be a challange in OOC but I agree that it will build good things for what counts, the regular season. If these young men can mature a bit on the road it will make for a solid run come January and February.
