Big gulps huh? Well, see ya later.
Now can we return to the business of adding peer institutions to the conference?

"If the B12-2 comes calling, BYU is gone."
Is there an echo in here? WCC office should spend more time on PN.

If BYU accepts: so much for religious, peer institutions with the same mission (Hint: not football). But, I think the argument could be made that Texas is a religion.

Are these the words of a man faced with the inevitable, or is there a hint of 'good riddance' in there? Maybe there were just too many special accomodations being made.WCC Commissioner Jamie Zaninovich, "If the Cougars did want to leave, they wouldn’t get held up by the WCC. The league fully understands that BYU may want to join a major football conference..."

Maybe there is a fat exit fee.

Well on a positive note, the risk of someone dying over the course of the WCC tourney in Vegas is about to get significantly lower....

I liked the WCC the way it was personally. Before all this conference re-alignment and logo changing. We should have never let BYU in in the first place. But, the money will be great. Especially if there is a nice exit fee (I say nice because I am a Pilot fan).
