Want to get out of your Pilots Basketball funk? Come out Wednesday to the Chiles Center to watch the women’s team take on Cal State Northridge!

Tonight’s game was enough to make the fans and players smile even while knowing the men had lost in Salt Lake City. The women started slowly after the blow-out loss to #13 Louisville last Saturday, but with about five minutes to go in the first half they stepped it up on offense and began playing tight defense. In the end, we scored a season high 83 points and ended a five game losing skid.

Our women forced 17 turnovers while only making eight of their own; a season low.

It was good to see Z come out of her slump and score 20; Natalie had 18
