Get to go see B.O.'s bro-in-law take on my other alma mater down in Corvallis tonight. Go Leathernecks!

Re: Pilot Nation Bracket Challenge
The Scenario Generator is up and running. The most presidential bracket (higher seeds winning) goes to onetouch. The least presidential bracket is 7587.
Best news, there is still a Scenario where I can win

Upon Further review, if all president's picks win, PilotNut is the winner. I guess if that happens, we all need to chip in to buy him a bucket of beer.

Yeah, I am 1 for 1. Sorry, PilotRam. And the Commish falls into an early hole.

1 for 2. Getting off to a poor start usually bodes well in this kind of thing, right?

I figured BYU would have tired legs today. Looks like they'll need another huge comeback effort to beat Larry Williams' team.

I just noticed I have the same final 4 picks as Dick Vitale. I am doomed.

Re: Pilot Nation Bracket Challenge
Boring brackets, almost no upsets so far. And the one there was (VCU), is the one I didn't pick.

Re: Pilot Nation Bracket Challenge
I picked 12 VCU, 12 Harvard and 9 Southern Miss so far and only got VCU right out of those 3.

Re: Pilot Nation Bracket Challenge
I don't think you're alone; I doubt anyone on the board picked Norfolk State (on the PN bracket, SP11). I had them to the Regional Finals.up7587 wrote:My bracket is officially toast. Thanks, Missouri.

Not a chance for Murray State. Marquette is going to the Final Four.

Dang it! I was able to catch a few minutes of hoops yesterday morning here in Shanghai, but now that I have time to actually watch a game this morning, CBS has blacked out the internet feed. It was totally fine yesterday....what gives CBS!!???

Are you sure you should be blaming CBS, comrade?Rochin54 wrote:Dang it! Re: Pilot Nation Bracket Challenge
Wow, sure am glad I didn't pick Duke to win it all. That would be embarrassing to have your 'champion' lose in the first round.

Hahaha - a fair point DD, but the website itself is not blocked. Also, I have been surprised how easy it is to access websites that are "blocked" by the govt - I got "youtubed" for about 45 minutes yesterday after listening to this:

You deserve a lot worse punishment if you were listening to THAT!Rochin54 wrote:Hahaha - a fair point DD, but the website itself is not blocked. Re: Pilot Nation Bracket Challenge
It's Pilot2002 with the lead after the first round. 7587 takes last place.
I still have the highest possible points. I can already taste that bucket of beer (actually, it might just be the aftertaste from the last bucket).
