Alternate viewing options
So,
I just pulled this off of the UCLA website, "Fans who have the DirectTV sports package can view the match on channel 656." Not sure if this means that Comcast Sports Net is now available on Directv but I tried it at the office and it seems to work.

Re: Alternate viewing options
UCLA's site is wrong, according the UP site at least. UP site states the game will NOT be on Comcest West.

Re: Alternate viewing options
Until yesterday the UCLA site didn't say that either, I think they were working to secure the rights.

Re: Alternate viewing options
Yeah, and UCLA also said it would be on ESPNU earlier this week which, according to my source, was never even in the cards or brought up between the two schools. Also noted was UCLA's general cluelessness and lack of motivation with regards to broadcasting a women's soccer game because there is zero interest in the LA area to watch the game on TV, hence Stan Lynn's (last week's play-by-play guy) participation (not a guy local to LA) and the corralling of Lindsey Huie for on-field color commentary (who is, fortunately for us, local).
That said, I'm glad I'm glad I have Comcast to watch the game. Beer and hot wings at my place!

Re: Alternate viewing options
I'm with ya, I have Comcast so it doesn't matter to me either way. I am just passing on info that may/or may not be helpful to others.
