Baseball Recruits

The Portland Pilots baseball program has received commitments from four high school players as Austin Kelly (RHP/3B, Happy Valley, Ore.), Devin Kopas (C, Chula Vista, Calif.), Davis Tominaga (INF/RHP, Huntington Beach, Calif.) and Dan Whittaker (INF, Spokane, Wash.) have each signed a national letter of intent and will join the program as freshmen next fall.

Watching the rain come down as has in the Portland area over the last few days, it’s not easy to think BASEBALL, but it’s good to know the Coach Sperry is bringing in good new talent to play on UP’s nice new turf by the riverfront for the 2014 season. Fingers crossed…..
