The RTC Interview Series: One on One with Eric Reveno
Thought this was worthy of its own thread for the Pilot faithful....

A good read, but wow...you rarely see non-cryptic quotes like this from coaches about players that haven't signed LOIs yetWe are really excited that we are going to be signing a local kid this coming November. We recently got a commitment from a 2015 prospect from Portland.

There were those who harped on having the right attitude as an antidote to what ails the Pilot program. Reading the article, it is hard for me to figure exactly how it is Reveno should improve his attitude. To me, Reveno’s attitude is pretty impressive and certainly a winning one.
Reading that article, it is equally that he should be given more time to allow the program to grow.
I do not know where this program turns if a high energy and inspirational leader like Reveno is gone.
As disappointing as the last couple of years were, there were blessings nonetheless, the head coach for one.

In the interview Rev mentions needing a "Hoops Chief Tech Officer" (Director of Basketball Technology).
It's a good entry-level job, and a very important one that had been filled by Kevin Bruinsma until everyone arrived back from Spain and Kevin was offered the Director of Basketball Operations at Youngstown State University....a bump in salary, a bump in job standing, and a chance to get back to his Midwest roots.
Congrats to Kevin.....and a great opportunity at UP for someone.
