Yes, there are four games between now and then, but the UP Athletic Department is putting together a trip to Seattle on September 29 when the Pilots encounter the Huskies in the Pilots last preseason game for this year.

UP Athletic Department wrote:The University of Portland will be sending two fan buses to Seattle, Wash., on Sunday, Sept. 29 for the Portland Pilots women's soccer game against the Washington Huskies that afternoon at 2 p.m. The Pilots will also hold a pre-game gathering for Pilot fans at Varlamos Pizza.

Reservations are now being accepted for the two buses and the deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, Sept. 24.

Trip Details:
Fan Bus #1
Costs: $30 for Pilot Club members/$45 for non-Pilot Club members (includes transportation, ticket to the game, food and beverages at Varlamos Pizza)
RSVP Deadline: Tuesday, Sept. 24 at noon
Departure from Campus: 9 AM from the Chiles Center
Game Time: 2 PM
Return to Campus: 7:00 PM

Fan Bus #2 - Student Bus
Costs: $10 for Purple Pride members/$15 for regular students (includes transportation, ticket to the game, food)
RSVP Deadline: Tuesday, Sept. 24 at noon
Departure from Campus: 10:30 AM from the Chiles Center
Game Time: 2 PM
Return to Campus: 7:00 PM

Pre-Game Gathering

I won't be on the bus 'cause we will spend a couple days in Oz, but folks ought to think about it.

The team appreciates it, it's an easy way to go back and forth, and the university treats you well.

My daughter and I took the bus to the U of O game and it was great. It's much more relaxing after the game to have someone else drive back to Portland!
