FIFA announced the pots for Friday's draw. All of Concacaf is in pot 3

FIFA will hold the highly-anticipated draw is this Friday in Bahia.

USA in Group G with Germany, Portugal and Ghana.

As if drawing our bogeyman Ghana wasn't enough, they force us to travel the most out of anyone, on top of which we're stuck with FC Bayern and Team Ronaldo.  Brutal.  Oh, BTW, you'll be playing one game in the suffocating rainforest.

Time to crank this thread back up. Lot's of FIFA news. Brazil's stadiums not ready. Qutar may have bribed FIFA. Friendlies may have been fixed.

I think the U.S. played a game yesterday.  Seems like an SEC announcer called the game.

Mexico v. Brazil ended 0-0 today but what a dramatic match it was!!!

GK Ochoa was the obvious hero for Mexico, but what I really appreciated was the good sportsmanship and respect shown toward the opposing players and the referee.....something that is totally lacking in MLS soccer making it more and more difficult to watch.

That was one of the most exciting 0-0 matches I have watched...
