Two guys under 29 again. Very nice. Beat two Oregon guys, one guy who's name you might recall. BYU looks impressive going 1-2 in a super deep, super fast field.

I think most of us remember what a good runner Nicole Karr was during her time at UP.....yesterday at the 2015 Payton Jordan Invitational at Stanford, UP's Tansey Lystad placed fourth in the second section of the women's 5,000 in 15:42.22 which shattered the previous school record of 16:03.24 set by Nicole Karr in 1996.

Hahaha, great interview with the always wired Tansey Lystad who goes from being "star struck" to having her "butt kicked" to having her "doors blown off" to "excited."
