During Tyler Harris's brief one year at UP it was obvious he could be a star, but it was also obvious, to some, that his father was in control of his future and was holding him out of games, but not practice, to protect his previously injured ankle and give him a better shot at NIL money and playing Power 5 basketball.

Although before NIL money was available, fans might remember how Jazz Johnson's playing days were controlled by his father.  Jazz eventually graduated from Nevada and last I heard, was playing for his third or fourth different team in Italy.
