Re: 2018 Schedule
I've made that drive from Myrtle Beach through Conway to Columbia many times....take the interstate to get to the game, but consider taking Highway 378 back home. 378 might take a little more time, but it's a nice drive.SouthCarolinaPilot wrote:DoubleDipper wrote:25 Tues @ Coastal Carolina

Re: 2018 Schedule
Only three conference home dates.
I hope they are working on the mental part of playing on the road.
Last year they only won one game (LMU)in which they didn’t sleep in their own beds. They also won at Corvallis.
And they tied USD on the road for a 2-4-1 road Record.

Lucky for me my Tuesdays next fall will be light and I can afford the time to drive out there and back that evening. I suspect I might be the only fan out there in purple other than maybe parents of East Coast players and maybe Charleston Battery's Jared van Shaik.
Coastal Carolina is no slouch either. They were Sun Belt champions last season and advanced to the 3rd round of the NCAA Tournament. They were also undefeated against other teams from South Carolina, which includes knocking out powerhouse Clemson in the tournament.
