President of USSoccer Carlos Cordeiro stepped down after outrage over the lawsuit filings where the federation’s position was that women weren’t inherently as good as men.

The Vice President will take over. That’s newly elected Cindy Parlow Cone, the former UNC and USWNT player and first Thorns coach.
