The utter chaos that is college basketball.
I think I can rewatch in a bit when it gets posted. The poor PBP guy was disappointed enough when SEMO hit that shot at the buzzer on Friday. Can’t imagine he’ll be thrilled at how the back end of this second half went.
UIW scored 3 points in 8:08 to open the game. Pilots said "hold my beer" and scored 2 points in 9:04 to open the 2nd half. Then they scored 18 points in 4 minutes.
That sequence with 7:14 to go when the UIW committed a foul and a deliberate foul for 4 Pilot FTs was critical. Pilots went from 6 down to 2 down, got a TO, made a 3P for a 1 point lead, another turnover, and a 3P by Svetozarevic for a 4 point lead. I missed the deliberate foul, what exactly was it?
Legans credited Svetozarevic's shot as winning the game. I also missed that he came in, and the UIW announcer wouldn't try to say his name.

I remember seeing Robertson dive to the floor for the ball on the ground, then a UIW player was right on him after. Not sure where the deliberate foul came from, I thought it was going to be routine jump ball.

I thought the original foul was knocking the ball loose. Perhaps jumping on him was the deliberate foul.

Why are Pilots still so low? UIW is #355. Ark. Pine Bluff is #357. There are only 358 teams.
Alcorn is #314. Morgan St. is #282. PSU is #257. Montana St. is #174. And SEMO is #293.
For upcoming games, VMI is #260, Cal Poly is #318, while Oregon is #52. San Jose St. is #321. and UC Davis is #211.
