Sanders Trying out for Eqrthquakes

According to this tidbit:

The Earthquakes have two players auditioning this week - French international Steve Marlet and former University of Portland forward Chris Sanders.

Sanders, 23, signed with FC Nurnberg of the German Bundesliga in 2007, forgoing his senior year at Portland. Coach Frank Yallop said Sanders played a few games with the first team but is now out of contract.
