Michael Kilburg Earns All-American Status at NCAA Nationals!

Capping off a tremendous season for him and a wonderful Pilot career, Michael Kilburg placed 12th in the 10K with a time of 29:29.10 to earn All-American status. Congrats Michael!

His senior season is probably going to do down as one of greatest seasons ever for a UP runner. He placed 66th at the XC nationals, then broke a school record and placed 6th in the 5K for All-America status at the NCAA indoor nationals, then set a school record and placed 12th for All-American status at the NCAA outdoor nationals. Just a tremendous year!

Also in the race was senior John Moore, who finished 22nd with at time of 30:49.48. Moore, one of the most decorated and accomplished runners in UP history, missed All-America but that's OK... he still ran a great race and deserves all the accolades we can heap on him.

What a pair of seniors!

Congrats to both Michael and John, both have had great careers at UP. Best of luck to them as they move on...
