MJGG - TJ Campbell may not be the caliber of Patty Mills, but I think he definitely has the quickness, strength and athleticism to at least give him a good matchup.

IL - The rest of us are very scared to see what Coach Bayno can pull into LA, the man is a recruiting genius! He is a hard worker and every time I met him I was left impressed. It's about time that storied program gets back to where it belongs in college basketball.

The best of luck to both your programs this year, and specifically lets hope we can all do our best to fell the Zags from their oh so mighty pedestal

Why is it that any kind of fracass (sp?) in an American sport is called a rugby scrum? Some of these announcers need to watch the sport once in a while. A scrum is 16 men (8 per side) engaged in a very orderly fashion with specific positions and specific laws. If you are going to use a comparison to rugby, you could maybe say a ruck, but even then there is an offside line so players can only be on one side of the ball...Really what they should say in that quote is
"when several players got tangled up in what looked like a bunch of dumb@ssaes playing smear the queer"

WOW! There was an awful LOT of purple out on the court! Good win! We were at the Seahawks game today vs. the Cardinals and for halftime, the UW Marching Band played. It was not hard to make note to everyone sitting around us that UW's basketball team just lost to Portland! Good win! Pretty soon, you'll be like us Gaels where the "big" local schools won't play you either.......so much for Stanford and Cal Berkeley! The WCC is making its presence known!
