Geez,
I'll expect a complete rundown after the game as you seem to know what all of these players look like.

Ohh yeah, you seem to have a heck of a lens on that camera of yours... I think it may be recon time this weekend, snap away at all recruits you see so that we can identify later

I wonder what kind of rate we have of landing the recruits who see a packed merlo field.

funny side story...
i was once told to snap the camera at anybody who moved, when i was at a match back in college by my professor... i showed up to the next class with over 2,000 photos... his face looked a little something like this...
before i leave tomorrow i will study the faces of the top recruits so i can be ready for duty...

For what it's worth....I checked the weather report and it looks like me might avoid rain tomorrow night. It looks like there's a chance of a mid-day sprinkle or two but less of a chance later on in the evening. That's if we can trust the weatherman, that is.

Culled from the JMU women's soccer web page ...
Annual Team Goals:
This is a longer list than the Pilots have. I can only remember one item on their list.
Annual Team Goals:
- Win the CAA regular season
- Win the CAA Championships
- Qualify for the NCAA Tournament
- Advance past the first round of the NCAA Tournament
- Be Ranked in the Top 25 Nationally, Top 5 Regionally
This is a longer list than the Pilots have. I can only remember one item on their list.

Re: Pilots v. JMU
As the season progresses, it's win the NEXT game.
The Pilots Annual Team Goal is to win a third national championship. Those are the approximate words of Garrett.
He has stated on numerous occasions that the only goal he has for the team at the beginning of each season, is to win a title. That has been his stance since the 2006 year, following the 2005 title.
If you can prove me wrong, by all means do. I may have a faltering memory, that is true. But I always listen to everyting Garrett has to say very closely. Because whatever he is willing to share at any given time, that is the way it is, as far as I'm concerned. The buck stops with Garrett.

FANatic you are right about that as usual. This team is always championship minded. Taking it one game one shot is the way they work toward the chamionship goal.

I just checked ticketmaster. It seems some seats opened up in section B (rowK).
These must be seats that were being held but are now released.

So with Stanford's win, it's (almost) official: This is the last match at Merlo this season. Better act now if you want to see the force that is Megan Rapinoe in person one last time.

Re: Pilots v. JMU
No inside information. I just know she is interested in picking up again with the National Team and after this year I would be surprised if she didn't get a shot, and she will most definately be drafted by the WPS in the January draft. I think missing those two years has just wetted her appetite for playing.

That's what I was thinking. I was just talking about in a Pilot uniform.
We probably will be seeing her somewhere.
