Congrats to Gannis! UP swept the P o t W awards, with Nik Raivio winning on the men's side.

From the article: Junior guard Nik Raivio and freshman forward Alexis Gannis made it a University of Portland sweep as both were named the West Coast Conference Player of the Week following an epic weekend of basketball. It’s the first conference player of the week honor for both Raivio and Gannis.

From outward appearences, Larry Williams is making good on putting the baskeball program on the same elite level of the soccer program. Encouraging news.
