World Cup violence? Empty World Cup violence?

Paging through the cable menu looking for something to watch, I noticed this: World Cup Qualifying Soccer, Live, (TV-PG,V,L), Bolivia at Colombia. (V=Moderate Violence, L=Infrequent Coarse Language)

Moderate Violence? Are they referring to the fouls on the pitch, or the activity in the stands?
