Vermont weekend!

We came out winners of the tournament with a 1-1 draw vs. Vermont and a 1-0 win over U of New Hampshire. After the first half vs. Vermont, we clearly dominated the next game and a half. Tough game coming up this weekend vs. the Huskies in Seattle on Thursday.

I have officially given up on putting any stock in all-tournament teams, after this weekend at Vermont. Last year, our guys go to Creighton, lose to Creighton and St. Louis by a collective score of 8-1, and Jurney makes all-tournament, after having a less-than-stellar weekend. This year, we go to Vermont, win the tourney, give up one goal, and any defenders on the all-tourney team? NO!
