Re: NCAA West Regionals on Saturday
Oh man. So we could possibly run 9 guys? That would be awesome, but it doesn't work like that. Also, listing exactly 7 women as a "possible line up" is pretty funny too.

What's with the "individuals?" Do we only count people from non-BCS schools? LOL.

Re: NCAA West Regionals on Saturday
I noticed that there are only 7 women listed, too. But it doesn't say "possible." I'm guessing that Coach Conner hasn't decided on a final line-up while Coach Solof has.
Maybe there were no individuals who qualified for Regionals ( I have no idea what it takes to qualify) whose team didn't also qualify.

My bad on the women's thing. I'm sure it's exactly how you describe it on both issues. I just think whomever wrote this up doesn't understand the terms/rules.

Re: NCAA West Regionals on Saturday
How huge would it be if we could knock off Oregon or Stanford?? I'm not worried that we won't make it to Terre Haute if we don't; it would just be wicked cool!
I think a lot depends on who steps up and finishes #5. Our top 4 are as good as anybody. It's the 5 guy who will make or break us eventually, from what I understand.

Re: NCAA West Regionals on Saturday
You're right. Our #5 has really hurt us thus far this year. I think that'll keep us from beating Oregon and Stanford. But a third place finish would easily get us to nationals as we might be in the best region in the nation.

"He's come in as a freshman and done fantastic," Conner said. "When he's dropping people in workouts it's a little scary."

I'm not ready to believe the hype on Hasay just yet. A lot of girls are good when they are young, and then their body starts to change and they aren't as fast. She's quite good now, but I'll reserve my awe for her later college years.
