Having a tougher schedule is paying dividends...
Even with the recent loss to UW, real time RPI has us inside the top 64 again with a 6-4 record we're at #59...much higher than we were at the end of last season. The win over #134 Idaho may bring us down a little (since they're a lower ranked team, scheduling them doesn't help the RPI much). But, then playing #36 Gonzaga will likely bring us back up. Having a strong WCC, also can only help us.

It looks like the conference has a losing record right now which is going to hurt the RPI of everyone in the conference if things don't turn around before the WCC season. The conference was looking real strong to start the season and has a few quality wins, but the overall record is really hurting right now.

UW beat a ranked Texas A&M team, so, that loss is definitely looking okay in terms of RPI (though the loss was really ugly)...

Pomeroy now has the WCC conference ranked #14 while the Pac-10 is 6th:

The recent losses have definitely hurt, though that won't erase the wins from the resume.

Thankfully the margin of victory/loss doesnt count in the RPI...
