Bad Loss Empty Bad Loss

Doug Gottlieb has several times mentioned our victory over Minnesota is a bad loss for them. And a worse loss than Virginia Tech's worst out of conference loss (which they never mentioned who that was). Obviously I would rather that we qualified for the tourney and were not considered a bad loss. But it is better that we are beating (possible) tourney teams than losing to everybody. If Minnesota gets in, our record against tourney teams was 2-6, which I bet is better than some teams that are in the tourney.
