Ha hah, you've got to go to the Mens BB Facebook Page and checkout the 4 min video of Darren Cooper going through the ball handling workout.

I attempted all of these drills, and found that if I didn't get a muscle cramp, I sure had a brain cramp. Try a couple.........you'll see what I mean.
