Portland is now expressing interest in 2013 guard Alec Wintering of the Charlotte Royals (NC). He visited UNC-Charlotte today.

....and he later tweets the kid has an offer from FIU.

Since July started, 2012 NorCal PF David Andoh has added an offer from Fresno State and interest from USC, ASU, UCSB, Portland & Pepperdine
