LMU fires Coach Good

....and another rumor that pans out, sort of.....Max Good has been hired to be Coach Rice's non-coaching special assistant at UNLV.  

Really?  Non-coaching?

“We are very excited to have Coach Good back with the Runnin’ Rebels,” Rice said in a statement. “He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will be extremely valuable in many different areas of our program.”

Ha-ha, I missed that....oh well, I guess.

It would seem that Good's salary/benefits will be paid for by UNLV's version of the Pilot Club.....I believe they are called the "Runnin' Rebel Club."  Not unheard of at other schools too......

The Pilot club never gave a player a sports car to drive, as did a booster to UNLV's Anthony Jones.

Speaking of which, that other Anthony, ( Greg) never mentioned where his car came from....
