Pilots @ Santa Clara, 2/2, 6:00pm

SCU is 3-5 in conference, with a fairly tough schedule, already playing GU twice, plus SMC and BYU on the road. At home, they've beat USD and PU, and lost to GU and LMU. They have four guys averaging between 10 and 15 ppg. Leading scorer is a transfer SO 6'1" guard, Tahj Eaddy

The Broncos are favored by 8 points, with a predicted score of 72-64.

Under has really worked for Pilots. Taking that and Santa Clara -8

Pilots are impressively bad at scoring on the fast break. I cringe every time they get an odd-man break. It’s either a turnover or missed layup most of the time.

It’s often said that the outcome of a game depends upon which team “wants it more.” This game is coming down to come down to which team wants it the least —and the Pilots are winning. By which I mean, the Pilots are going to lose.

Huh, Pilots make three 3Ps in the last minute or so, and get it to OT.

Okay I wasn't going to watch for the rest of the year but now I really want a win for these guys. Come on fellas, pull this one out.

This was a totally winnable road game, SCU played awful. But shooting 8-26 from 3P, and 6-12 on FTs, doomed the Pilots. They only got to OT by making their last four 3Ps. Then, their play in OT was atrocious.

I'm convinced they'll win the rematch with SC but that might end up being the only WCC win, maybe LMU.

A game like this can go either way. Either it shows you you can win, or it just demoralizes you. Let's hope the guys get some confidence from getting to OT.

I was kinda following the game, but turned it off with 2 and a half minutes left figuring it's over. Wish I would have kept watching.

Definitely want the over on 0.5! I think if they're 0-17 going into the finale it will mean so much more to them than it does to Santa Clara.

There's four four-win teams and a three-win team right now. Two of those five will avoid the first round in Vegas, that should be plenty of motivation for SCU.

I thought the WCC switched to a 16 game schedule beginning this season.
