Nope!

Not even going to spend a year at UO.

Carr has decommitted from UO "after much deliberation and conversation with my family."  

Already has a fresh offer from UW...

Angelino Mark has also received offers recently from CSUN, Utah, Seton Hall and Pepperdine.

Pilots have offered Will Goode, 6'9" PF from Kansas. He has several mid-major offers.
Also Zay Mosley, a 6'5" SF from Florida. He also has other mid-major offers.

Yes, this is the day early NLI signings begins, but with only Chris and perhaps Vuc leaving the roster at the end of the season (barring defections due to NIL inducements at the BIG schools) I would not expect more than one early signing, if that.

It is true the roster will expand to 15 next season, but because the roster will still be quite young, shouldn't some room be left for transfers?

I guess we'll see...
