Transfers

There has been a good deal of movement concerning next years’s roster on the transfer side. We already knew about Camille Ashe going to Florida State for her grad year. Here’s some more from the transfer portal.

After graduating here Nedya Sawan will take her grad/covid  year at Alabama.
Graduating Sophia Matice transferred to Kentucky for her COVID/grad year.
Kate Howes transferred to Memphis.
Finally, Roxanne Vilain will be at West Virginia next year.

There is some action on incoming transfers also:

Forward Hailey Still is transferring in from UW. She was injured as a Soph, so I think she still has a couple years of eligibility.

Forward/mid Phoebe Canoles comes to us from Towson (MD). She was their team captain. Towson won their conference.

And my spidey sense tells me we aren’t done.

Three or Four of these transfers would not have been possible without the COVID exemption, but i think More transfers is the new reality.
