UMKC’s site still has them playing Portland on Dec 10.

UMKC posted this graphic - https://i.servimg.com/u/f74/17/99/21/26/umkc10.jpg - with their full schedule, then deleted it. Probably because it was missing the Pilots game.

Is it basketball season yet? We've resorted to sleuthing deleted social media posts.

Anyone happen to know if the Pilots are playing in a scrimmage? And any details on that?

No exhibition game listed so I'm assuming they might even have 2 scrimmages. I think I saw someone post that the Pilots would be playing Seattle in a scrimmage but I can't find that now.

I believe the men will be at the U of Idaho this coming Sunday morning October 20, and then Seattle U will be in Portland the following Sunday morning, October 27...or at least that was the original plan back in August.

If I were the coach, I would pin this KenPom prediction to the locker room wall for motivation...

In the preseason, UP is expected to beat only Denver, Cal St. Bakersfield, and Lafayette, while only besting Pacific, San Diego, and Pepperdine at home during the regular season.

Not unexpected when a team is still trying to come together with virtually all new players, there were apparently way too many turnovers...

On the bright side, Mezz Oakman played well, as did Vince Delano and Max McKinnon in the second half.  

As fans, I think we are going to have to be patient as these eager young men attempt to jell into a unit, but there is no doubt their collective attitude and talent are better than last season's team.

That’s good to hear the transfers played well! Only 16 days till tip off getting excited to for this season to start!
