I thought I saw Megan in the bottom rows of Section D, but I only got a quick glimpse and wasn't sure it was she.

Incidentally, Emily Sippel is rated the top recruit in the Northwest in the class of 2011 according to Top Drawer.

Good news and bad news about 2011 recruit Rebekah Kurle.

She's described in a report as a "phenomenal forward"

--and she's hurt.

From the article, it sounds like she may have just been sick.

Hmm... I guess a strict reading would suggest she's sick and Olson is injured. It seems more logical than both being sick and injured.

Either way, I hope its minor for both.

Kurle is a Junior and so is Sippel.

Jessica Tsao tore her ACL as a Senior and showed no ill effects the following year as a Freshman for the Pilots. (I was very concerned about her injury.)

Being Juniors, they have two years to recover from serious injury. The injuries could linger on into their Pilot careers, but I feel much better about a Junior recruit being injured than a Senior recruit.
