Spencer is not yet confirmed at this point, though he has talked about an interview he had with a club, and it's a good bet that club was PTFC.

I love how the stadium looks in the pictures.

So yesterday City Council voted to allow Merritt to start a few minor construction projects at the park using his own money. These are improvements that are needed regardless of what happens to the stadium.

The big vote, to finally approve the renovation plan that will create a SSS, is Wednesday, January 20. If that's approved the real fun will begin shortly.
