Season Tickets
Does anyone know when the distribution of tickets is? Last year they had a scrimmage one afternoon and i don't think I've seen anything yet.

Re: Season Tickets
I talked to the box office a week ago or so. With the first game so early, it sounds like there won't be a scrimmage like they've had in the past few years. I got the impression they were going to be mailed, but I don't remember whether they explicitly said that.Harry Redknapp wrote:Does anyone know when the distribution of tickets is? Re: Season Tickets
I picked up single game tickets on Wednesday using the 10 pack flex vouchers. Since I ordered when the marketing team called me I got 2 extra game vouchers... That was sweet....

Now we're going to have a bunch of new members wondering why we talk about beer in every thread. And I don't know how to even begin to explain Mesa...

I, for one, have no idea where the Pliny's talk comes from. I don't even know if Pliny's is mythical or real. Or, if it's real, where I can get one. It seems though, if it's real, I at least ought to try one so I can better understand the warped psyches of some of our conversants.

Oh, it's real. Become enlightened. County Cork is a short walk from your house. ( 13th and Fremont. )

County Cork! Oh man... I just jogged past there last night. Very close to my house too. Hmmm... perhaps I too should finally delve into this world of Pliny.

So I suppose I should re-insert myself into the world of Pilot Nation before this influx of new patrons. Hello folks.

Hello Aleppiek:
Can you shed more light on this Pliney myth? I would ask the Geez but rumor is, he has been sworn to secrecy.
Or have you been sworn to secrecy too?
(Oh oh, I am begining to feel a flash of paranoia come over me again!)
Btw, what is an Aleppiek?

Secrecy?
I've been trying to work out an endorsement deal with the folks at Russian River.

I see a visit to County Cork coming very soon. If I never post again, it probably means I've passed through to the Pliny's side.
Re: Season Tickets
Delivery is on Thursday in Oregon. By Monday, it's gone.

Re: Season Tickets
As for soccer, according to the Pilots website, the Rutgers, Penn State, Texas A&M, and Oregon games all are going to be completely reserved tickets. I.e., the general admission tickets also will be assigned seating. That means they're expecting sellouts, or close to sellouts, for those games. GO PILOTS!
Re: Season Tickets
I checked out the web page for the Russian River Brewing Company (Santa Rosa, Ca).
The first thing I read is ...
"At the Russian River Brewing Company we focus on traditional aggressively hopped California style ales..."
Now, where and when I grew up (Northern California, 1960's), if one reads the words "aggressively hopped" and "California" in the same sentence, well, that would unconsciously conger up two differant concepts; one legal and one not so legal.....
Regarding the Rutgers, Penn State and Texas A&M games.....I think we are really in for a treat this pre-season. I think these games (as well as the game against Oklahoma St) will be challenging AND very entertaining to watch.
