Awards Banquet

Nice awards dinner tonight. Several of the seniors got very emotional (pulled a T.J.) during their talks. They obviously had great experiences at UP. I think a lot of that can be attributed to the stability of the coaching staff.

Awards as voted by the players:
Most Improved: Ryan Nicholas
Best Defensive: Kramer Knutson
Most Inspirational: Jasonn Hannibal
Most Valuable: Luke Sikma

Coaches Award: Jared Stohl

All players were present except Riley Barker; Coach said he was home dealing with some illness (not serious).

Did Douglas attend and did he appear recovered from his foot injury ?

Yes, Tim D. was there. I did not notice anything amiss, but I wasn't looking for it either. A couple of the seniors looked a little gimpy, probably natural for guys that big.
