For that matter, give Vucinic some consistent minutes. He is skilled and could have developed into a very solid contributor if the coaches had committed to him. You can’t leave these guys on the bench for 35 minutes per game and expect them to develop to their potential.

Alden, Wyatt, and Joey have all been injured.bullwinkle wrote:Why isn't Applewhite getting more minutes?
Why is Lowell getting none?
Alden is continuing to get healthier through rest, and will be counted on down the stretch.

...I have not heard anyone speak of it, but I wouldn't be surprised if the younger brother, 6-9/220 Jacob Groves, grad-transferred from Oklahoma to reunite with his coaches and get his MBA next season.up7587 wrote:Hmmm. Legans did Ok with 6'10" 240# Tanner Groves at EWU, starting him every game in 2020-21, playing him 27 mpg, and getting 17 ppg from him. Took a couple years for Groves to reach that level of performance. Might have as much to do with the player as with the coach's style.
